What is RTT Rapid Transformational Therapy?
"Many of my clients have tried almost everything before they arrive at my door."
The reason why these things haven’t worked isn’t because they aren’t beneficial but because they haven’t yet addressed THE SPECIFIC ROOT CAUSE of my client’s specific trauma.
It could also be a “time issue”, where they’re on the right track, but the therapy they have chosen can take months, decades or more to get them the results they seek.
With the help of RTT you can free yourself from your issues, usually it takes just 1 session but no more than 3.
The Effectiveness of Hypnosis is scientifically proven
Hypnotherapy is often used as a supportive tool in both psychotherapeutic and medical contexts.
Numerous examples can be found in medicine.
The Barrios study, which is well known in the scientific community, provides a good overview of the effectiveness of various methodologies and specialties.
The results of the Barrios study (total database: 1661 articles) speak for themselves.
Hypnosis has been found to be effective in the treatment
of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Recently, a scientific review was published detailing research on the new ways in which hypnotherapy is being used in PTSD treatment. In that review, it states that one of the reasons for the effectiveness of hypnosis may be that it provides controlled access to memories that may otherwise be kept out of consciousness. And once accessed, they can then be placed into a broader perspective.

Studies also backup the effectiveness of simple hypnosis and audio recordings for transformation. When 27 college students were instructed how to perform a self-hypnosis practice (like the one I teach), 71% of the participants experienced high levels of well-being, or “flourishing”, satisfaction and relief from the symptoms of psychological distress, such as anxiety.

This meta-analysis quantifies the effectiveness of hypnosis in treating anxiety.
When it comes to anxiety, a review of 17 trials was performed on how people with this very widespread mental health complaint respond to hypnosis treatment. The researchers found that in 7 trials, in comparison to people who were treated with a control, hypnosis improved outcomes for 84% of study participants.
